UNITED STATES ENTRY WAIVER APPLICATION

Your criminal conviction means you may be inadmissible into the United States with the potential to be red flagged or banned permanently from crossing the United States border. In order to travel freely, pre-approval is required with a United States Entry Waiver application. FILE DESTRUCTION

A criminal record also refers to charges that can be on your record to which you were not convicted, or that did not go to trial and include charges that have been withdrawn, dismissed, or discharged. These types of charges can remain on your record indefinitely. A File Destruction is a request remove these records including fingerprints and photographs from the police and RCMP database systems.
